Gull Gone Wild ("the game") is developed by Oleksandr Korshun. This policy explains what data the game accesses and how it is used.
Gull Gone Wild has no user accounts, and we (the developer) do not collect, store, or sell your personal data. The game shows non-personalized ads served by Google AdMob, which receives limited device and usage data to deliver those ads (see Advertising). The "No ads" purchase turns off ads between runs. We do not use analytics SDKs.
The game does not ask for your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
The game shows ads from Google AdMob between runs. It also offers optional rewarded ads: you choose to watch one to revive, double the coins from a run, or get a handful of coins. Rewarded ads only play when you tap to watch them.
Where local law requires it, the game asks for your choice before it requests any ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a consent form provided by Google appears when you first open the game. In US states with applicable privacy laws, that form instead lets you opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. If either applies to you, a Privacy options button appears in the game's settings, where you can review or change your answer at any time.
Purchases (looks, "No ads" and coin packs) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.
If you are signed in to Game Center, your best score and achievements are sent to Apple's Game Center so they appear on leaderboards. This is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your Game Center account details.
Your progress (best scores, coins, looks, daily tasks), your settings (language, sound, vibration) and your purchase status are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us or to any third party. Deleting the game deletes it.
Gull Gone Wild is intended for players aged 13 and over and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The ads shown in the game are non-personalized, so they are not targeted based on a player's behavior. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us using the address below.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
